Crockpot - Spanish Pork Chops

1 large onion, cut in large slices
4 - 6 pork chops
1 large pepper, cut in strips
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. raw rice
1, 28 ounce can diced tomatoes
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish

Layer onion, chops and green pepper in a crockpot/slow cooker. Start with onion first.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the rice on top of that.
Mix tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and relish together. Pour on top of rice.
Cover and cook on low for 3 - 4 hours or until chops are tender.
