Roast Leg of Lamb
- 5-6 pound of lamb - 1 tsp salt - 1/4 tsp pepper - 1 tsp rosemary - 1 cup orange juice - Mint
Place lamb on rack in shallow roasting pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary. Roast in 325 degree oven 2 1/2 hours. Pour orange juice over lamb. Roast 45-60 minutes longer basting frequently. Garnish with orange slices and mint. Serves 10-12.
