Easy Potato Bread
1 1/2 lb. loaf:
1/4 c. instant potato flakes 3/4 c. water (for Welbilt/Dak machines add 3 Tbl. more water) 3 c. bread flour (I use all purpose and it works just fine!) 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tbl. butter 1 1/2 tbl. sugar 2 tsp. active dry yeast for all machines
Place all ingredients in bread pan. Select light crust setting and press start. After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.
