Wacky Watermelon Pie A pretty, pink pie perfect for people with a sweet tooth 1 container (12 ounces) frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed 1 box (3 ounces) watermelon-flavored gelatin 1/4 cup water 2 cups watermelon balls 9-inch crumb pie shell In large bowl, fold whipped topping, gelatin and water together. Fold in watermelon balls. Spoon into crumb pie shell. Chill for 2 hours before serving. Makes 8 servings. Per serving: 344 calories; 39g carbohydrates; 3g protein; 21g fat; 1g dietary fiber; 147mg sodium; 5mg cholesterol.

I think I'll try that wacky pie, this summer. Once I find a way, to make the watermelon balls, that is.

There is a melon baller available to buy and I don't think they are very expensive. If you can't buy, or even borrow a melon baller, you could make it even wackier by cutting the melon into bitesize squares.
I would have more of a problem finding watermelon-flavoured gelatin.
