1 med head cabbage, shredded 8-10 green onions, chopped 1 med red pepper, chopped
Mix all the above and refrigerate
2 packs ramen noodle soup, (oriental flavor), raw, remove flavor packs 1/2 cup sesame seeds, toasted
3/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Smash noodles, mix together with seeds and almonds, set aside in covered bowl.
Dressing
1/2 cup canola oil 1/2 cup dark sesame seed oil 1/2 cup sugar 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 2 packs of ramen soup flavoring
Mix all together in a jar and let set overnight (shake often to dissolve sugar)
Mix all ingredients together just before serving.
