Bisquick Taco Sandwiches
1 pound ground beef 1 package taco seasoning mix 1 cup Bisquick 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 1/3 cup cold water sour cream and tomato for top
Cook ground beef according to taco seasoning instructions. Mix with taco seasoning.
Mix Bisquick and water until dough forms. Spread dough in greased 8x8 pan. Spread beef over dough.
Bake at 425-450 degrees about 25 minutes. Edges should be brown and middle should be done. Sprinkle cheese on top and cook additional one minute, until cheese is melted.
Cut into squares and garnish with sour cream and tomato.

Have you tried it to make Burrittos
Ingredients 1 C. Bisquick 1/4 C. water 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans 1 lb. ground beef 1 avocado - sliced 1 Cup taco sauce Black olives - chopped 1 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese Sour cream
Directions Spray pie pan. Mix Bisquick, water and beans. Spread in pie pan. Layer ground beef, avocado, taco sauce, olives and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
