I've made these alot and serve em with any soup but they are really awesome with a bowl of chili.
Beer Rolls This makes 6 muffins, and it triples easily.
1 cup Bisquick 1 T. sugar (you can add a little more to taste) 4 oz. warm beer
Mix everything together and put into greased muffin pans. Let rise for 25 minutes. Bake at 375ยบ until golden brown.
Variations: You can add in a little shredded cheese as you mix it up for a beer cheese roll. You can also make a triple batch and bake it in a loaf pan.
There isn't a strong beer taste to this but it has just a light hint of an unusual flavor.
