IHOP Pancakes
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 egg 1 1/4 cups buttermilk 1/4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 cup oil 1 pinch salt
Preheat skillet over medium heat. Combine all ingredients until smooth. Pour batter into pan forming 5-inch circles. When the edges appear to harden, flip pancakes. They should be golden brown. Cook on other side same amount of time. Makes 8-10 pancakes.
