CRANBERRY SOUR CREAM SWIRL SALAD
2- 3 oz. packages cherry or red raspberry gelatin 1-1/2 cups boiling water 1 can crushed pineapple (15 oz.) 1 can whole cranberry sauce (16 oz.) -- break apart with a fork 1 cup sour cream
Directions: Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; then stir in undrained crushed pineapple and cranberry sauce; chill until partially set. Spoon into an 8-inch square dish; spoon sour cream on top and stir to swirl; chill until firm; cut into squares to serve.
