Ingredients 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth
1-1/4 cup orange juice
3 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
1 can (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce
1/4 cup sliced PLANTERS Almonds, toasted (optional)
Preparation BRING broth and juice to boil. Stir in rice and whole berry cranberry sauce; return to boil.
REMOVE from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in almonds. Prep Time: 5 min Total Time: 15 min Serves: 8
