3 cups water 1 -1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice 1/2 cup butter (no subtitutes) 1-1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil, stir in rice. Reduce heat to a low; cover and cook for 20 minutes or until tender. Meanwhile, in a skittle over medium heat, melt butter until browned. Place rice in a serving dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Pour butter over rice, cover and let stand for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
Yeilds 6-8 servings.
