Healthy Chex Mix Here is a great low-fat version of Chex Mix and great after-school snack for the kids!
6 cups popcorn -- no added butter, air popped or low-fat microwave kind. 1 cup Rice Chex or Crispix cereal
1 cup Cheerios cereal
1 cup Bran Chex cereal 1 cup pretzel sticks 2 Tablespoons margarine, melted 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce ½ teaspoon garlic sauce ½ teaspoon onion powder
Combine first five ingredients. Preheat oven to 300º<br>Combine margarine and Worcestershire sauce and drizzle over the mixture and toss well. Sprinkle with garlic salt and onion powder. Put mixture in a shallow pan and spread into one layer. Bake for 10 minutes, stir twice. Let mixture cool in the oven. Store in an airtight container. Serving Size: 1 cup
