2 small packages orange jell-o 2 cups boiling water 1 can 7-Up 3 large bananas, sliced 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice
Dissolve jell-o in boiling water. Add 7-Up and chill until almost firm. Add fruits. Chill until firm.
Topping
1/2 cup sugar 2 tablespoons flour 1 egg 1 cup reserved pineapple juice 8 ounce Cool Whip 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
Combine the sugar, flour, egg, and reserved pineapple juice. Cook, stirring constantly until thick. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Fold in the Cool Whip. Spread on top of the jell-o and sprinkle with the nuts. Refrigerate.
