Pistachio Refrigerator Cake 2 sticks margarine 2 cups flour ½ cup nuts 2 tablespoons milk Mix above and spread in 13 x 9 pan bake @ 375 for 15 mins. Cool.
Next layer: 1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese 1 cup powdered sugar 1 9oz. cool whip
Spread across cooled crust.
Next layer: 3 pkgs. Instant pistachio pudding (small) 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained) 3 cups milk
Make pudding with milk and then add pineapple.
Next layer: Cool whip and chopped or ground nuts over the top.
Note: you can use chocolate pudding with sliced bananas. TEXT
