My mother would make this a lot when I was a kid.
Carrot Raisin Salad
3 large carrots (2 1/2 cups shredded) 1 medium stalk celery (1/2 cup sliced) 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 tsp. lemon juice
Mix & refrigerate.
