* Taco Sauce (authentic from mexico)
1 can stewed tomatoes, drain juice into blender ~ reserve tomatoes til later
add:
3/4 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. oregano flakes 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 Tbsp. vinegar
chilitepines (or chili pequin) to taste (i used 8 round chilitepines ~ i like it hot!!)
blend all of this together, then add tomatoes and blend to desired consistancy.
sliced fresh green onion and chopped fresh cilantro can be added to taste.
