1 c. nonfat or reduced calorie mayo 3 tbsps. dijon mustard 1 tbsp. orange marmalade 1 tbsp. orange juice Mix until well blended, use to perk up cold leftover chicken, canned tuna, poached fish or steamed or grilled veggies. Or spread on turkey or roast beef sandwiches.
