In individual serving bowls, place a slice of French bread; top with cheese. Pour in hot soup. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.Broiler Method: Pour heated soup into individual oven-proof serving bowls. Place bread on top' sprinkle with cheese. Broil until cheese melts.
