Chianti or other dry red wine (optional)1/8 tsp. Italian herb blendBlend soups; add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat 10 minutes; stir often. 4 servings. Serve with crackers spread with Mozzarella cheese, sprinkled with oregano and browned under the broiler.
