Swanson® Chicken Broth (1 3/4 cups) 1/2 cup orange juice 1 medium onion, chopped 1 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice 3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley OR 1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes Orange slices Orange zest Directions:COOK chicken in nonstick skillet until browned. Remove chicken.STIR in broth, orange juice, onion and rice. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. Return chicken to skillet. Cover. COOK 10 min. or until done. Stir in parsley and garnish with orange slices and orange zest. Serves 4.
