Yield: 4 Servings MMM 1 lb Carrots peeled and grated 4 Ozs swede peeled and grated 2 Ozs raisins MMMMM----------------------FOR THE DRESSING--------------------------- 5 Fl oz carton natural yogurt 3 Level Tablespoons mayonnaise 2 Level teaspoons English -made-mustard 2-3 level Tablespoons -mango chutney 1/2 oz Flaked almonds toasted Place the carrots swede and raisins in a bowl. Mix the yogurt mayonnaise mustard and chutney together and toss with the grated vegetables and raisins. Sprinkle over the flaked almonds before serving.
