Prep: 15 min, plus chilling time.
For 75 Servings:
3-1/2 lbs. peanut chocolate candy bar, chopped 7 9 inch frozen pie shells, baked 3-1/2 cups sugar 5-1/4 lbs. cream cheese, softened 14 large eggs, beaten 2-1/3 cups creamy peanut butter 2-1/3 cups sour cream 2 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. vanilla extract 5-1/4 cups peanuts, shelled, roasted 3-1/2 cups chocolate chips, melted Sprinkle chopped candy in pie shell. Combine next 6 ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Spread mixture over candy. Sprinkle peanuts around outer edge of pie, then drizzle chocolate over peanuts. Chill 1 hour before serving.
