For 75 Servings:
40 eggs 13 lbs. unsweetened crushed pineapple 6-1/2 lbs. sugar 3-3/4 cups unsalted butter, melted 5-3/4 lbs. slices bread, cut into bite-sized pieces Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients, except bread, and mix thoroughly. Add bread pieces, and mix until bread is covered. Pour into a buttered 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake 1 hour.
This recipe serves 80 people. Due to the nature of this recipe, it adjusts the number of servings in multiples of 8 only. The instructions describe how to prepare the ingredients for one pan. There are enough ingredients to prepare 10 pans.
