2 1/2 lbs. beets 12 C water 1/2 C lemon juice 2 pkg. Sure Jell 8 C sugar 7 oz. box red Jello
Peel and slice beets then cook until tender. Drain. To 6 C beet juice add lemon juice and Sure Jell. Cook until it boils and add Jello and sugar. Boil six min. Pour into sterile jars and seal.
