Sure Jell8 C sugar7 oz. box red JelloPeel and slice beets then cook until tender. Drain. To 6 C beet juice addlemon juice and Sure Jell. Cook until it boils and add Jello and sugar. Boilsix min. Pour into sterile jars and seal.
