Hi your rasp and green tomato jam sounds just what I may need in the next few months. I have never used gelatine in jam and don't even know if different flavours will be available here in Scotland. I have unflavoured veg gelatine - but I will also have a crop of rasps. I do get a little fed up making green tomato chutney and I think all my friends cupboards may well be bursting at the seams. If I do manage to find the raspberry gelatine - will the jam keep in a darkened cool place.
