2 egg yolks 6 tablespoons sugar 1/4 cup light corn syrup 1 cup milk 1 cup light cream 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 egg whites
Combine yolks, sugar, and syrup. Beat till thick and creamy. Add milk, cream, and vanilla--mix till blended. Freeze until firm about 1.4 inch from edges, then add egg whites, and beat 3 minutes. Freeze--6-8 servings.
