2 peeled bananas 1 (6oz) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed 1/2 cup instant nonfat dry milk 1/2 cup water 1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
Cut bananas into 1" slices. In electric blender combine bananas, orange juice concentrate, dry milk, water, and yogurt. Cover and blend until foamy. Pour into small paper cups and freeze. To eat, squeeze bottom of cup. Makes 6 servings.
