Pineapple Strawberry Sauce
16 oz Crushed pineapple; undrained 10 oz Frozen strawberries; thawed pureed 1/4 c Sugar 4 ts Cornstarch 1 Lemon; juice and grated peel
Combine pineapple, strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, 1 ts lemon peel and 1 tbls lemon juice in a large saucepan. Cook, stirring until sacue boils and thickens. Cool. Serve over ice cream.
