1-2-3 Fudge Sauce
1 large can evaporated milk 2 cups sugar 3 squares unsweetened chocolate 1 tsp. vanilla Pinch of salt Pat of butter
Combine evaporated milk, sugar and chocolate. Bring to a boil over medium heat, cook 5 min. stirring vigorously. Remove from heat and add a good teaspoon of vanilla, and salt and butter or margarine. Beat with a beater for 2-3 min. Serve hot or cold over ice cream or cake.
