Ingredients: 4 cups (4L) cooked potatoes, chopped, skin-pn, no bigger than 1/2" cubes 1 1/2 Qt. (1.5L) water 2 Tbsp. (25mL)Mrs. Dash® Original Seasoning Blend 1/2 Cup (125mL) light salad dressing 3 Tbsp. (50mL) honey 3 Tbsp. (50mL) mustard 3 eggs, hard cooked and chopped 1/2 Cup (125mL) celery, diced 1/2 Cup (125mL) green pepper, chopped Serves: 6 Prep Time: 5 min Cook Time: 20 min
Instructions: 1. Combine water and potatoes in a 4 Qt. (3L) saucepan. 2. Cook potatoes over medium heat, 20 to 25 minutes or to desired doneness. Drain. 3. Combine hot potatoes and Mrs. Dash® Original Seasoning Blend; toss lightly. Set aside. 4. Combine salad dressing, honey and mustard; mix well. 5. Add salad dressing mixture, eggs, celery, and green pepper; mix well. Cover, chill several hours or overnight.
