Kitty Fish Cakes Ingredients: 1/2 cup wheat germ 1/2 cup dry milk 1 Tbs. honey 3-1/2 oz. canned or cooked mackerel, mashed and boned milk (optional) Preparation: Combine wheat germ and dry milk, then drizzle honey on top of the mixture. Stir in mackerel, forming the mixture into small balls. Add a little milk if necessary to get the mixture to the right texture. Place balls on a greased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for eight to 10 minutes. The cookies should be chewy, like fudge. Place in a sealed jar and store in the refrigerator.
