Cornstarch Pudding
2 eggs 3 Tablespoons sugar 2 Tablespoons cornstarch 4 Cups milk 1 teaspoon lemon flavoring 1/2 teaspoon vanilla Beat eggs. Add sugar mixed with cornstarch. Stir until dissolved. Add milk slowly. Boil 3 to 4 minutes. Add flavorings after cooked. Done when thick. Refrigerate.
