Salmon Fish Balls Year 1913
Two cups salmon one cup mashed potatoes one-half cup melted butter little pepper and salt
Work potatoes in with salmon and moisten with the melted butter until it is soft enough to mold and keep its shape. Roll the balls in flour and fry quickly in lard till a golden brown. Take it from fat as soon as done and lay in a sieve to drain. Serve hot.
