Nancys News Letter March 14th, 2003 QUICK CHICKEN POT PIE 1 canned chicken 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning 1 onion, chopped 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1 1/2 c. broth, from canned chicken 20 oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables 1 can refrigerated biscuits 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. thyme 1/4 tsp. pepper Clean chicken from bones, chop into pieces. Mix all ingredients except biscuits in large casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Place biscuits on top and bake until browned.
