1 pound of italian sausage cut into 1/2 inch peices 2 green peppers chopped < i like to use red and yellow just for looks also> 1 box of bow tie pasta 1/2 cups of beef broth ,i use the whole can but it's up to you 1/4 tsp of black pepper while pasta is cooking fry up sausage ,when done drain ,add peppers ,and broth cook until peppers are tender drain pasta add broth mixture to pasta toss then enjoy ,a salad goes great with this also ,
