I got your baker's thermometer some time ago. It has been such a help in baking bread perfect every time. I didn't know that having the water at just the right temperature made such a difference.
I love the ability to be able to read the thermometer. Many of the ones I have looked at have small numbers and are often hard to read.
Just wanted to thank you for having them on your site. Nancy

You are welcome, Nancy.
In our opinion, a thermometer is essential. When people have trouble with their bread machines, it is almost always the water.
When we develop bread machine mixes, we always use 80 degree water--not one degree off. We bracket the water quantity to find the midpoint of acceptability but we always work with exactly eighty degree water.
If you are going to bake bread, invest $10 to $12 in a good thermometer.

I meant to order one the last time I ordered! I know that's what my bread is missing. The one I have now is NOT doing the job. I love your site, Dennis.
