Turkey Sandwiches with Tomato Basil Pesto 1 clove(s) garlic 1 cup fresh basil leaves, packed 1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted if desired, you may substitute pine nuts 1/3 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise 4 French rolls, halved and toasted 3/4 pound sliced cooked turkey breast 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (8-ounce jar) arugula, you may substitute lettuce 1. In food processor, mince garlic. Add basil, almonds and mayonnaise; process until smooth. 2. Spread pesto on cut sides of bread. Layer turkey, tomatoes and arugula on bottom half of each roll. Cover with tops of rolls. Serves: 4
