Beef Stew 8 servings 4 pt. per serving 1.5 lbs. Boneless beef bottom round, cubed 3T flour 1 lb. small new potatoes, quartered 16 oz. Bag baby carrots 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes ½ c. dry red wine 1 onion, chopped 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves crumbled 1 T. balsamic vinegar ½ tsp. salt 1. Mix beef and flour 2. Mix beef and other ingredients but salt & vinegar in crock-pot. 3. Cover and cook on HIGH 5-6 hours. 4. Stir in salt and vinegar
