Chicken breast is either 3 or 4 points, depending on size.
A six ounce can of tuna in water is three points.
For the other things you mentioned, the points can really vary depending in the recipe you use. Even pasta can vary the calories and fiber. Usually, pasta is five points for one cup -- not a usual portion in America. (Most dining establishments give you close to eight servings per plate.) Even white bread can really range -- from three points per slice to one point for two slices.
Do you have the fat, calories and fiber for the rest of the foods you listed?
