hi i am the one that posted the floor cleaner thread yesterday in this forum and saw there was another area called "newsletter replies and requests" and thought i would post my problem there also, but i see no where to start a new thread in that area/forum and the board is only allowing me to post in this area. is there a limit for new members? thanks for any help for either of my problems janet

Hello and welcome Meremanda! If you would look at the top right of each section of the message board, you will see the words "new thread". Click on that and you can post a new message. Just like you did with this one and the other one. You can post in any section, not just this one. You posted just fine both times. I would, however, use a darker color for your postings, because some of our members have a sight disability and cannot see the lighter colors well. I am not sure if I understand that "the board will only let you post in one area." There are no restrictions on sections to post in. There is no limit for any member, new or "old". Good luck Janet!

thanks nancy and you're doing a great thing here...i know you hear that all the time but true! well i should've been more clear...when i use the menu below to jump to a new forum, there is no "start a new " thread radio button to click...just a book mark button i think it was. this was the only one that showed the new thread thing. i am signed in, of course, so don't know what the problem is?? thanks again janet ;D
