4 cups fresh basil
8 cloves garlic
1/2 cup pine nuts
2/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Finely chop basil, garlic and pine nuts. Stir in oil, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze, defrost and use as needed.
