MAKE THE DAY BEFORE OR MAKE WHILE YOU TONIGHT MEAL FOR TOMORROW.
In a large greased baking dish, place the following in order given,
1 LAYER OF SLICED RAW POTATOES 1 LAYER OF SLICED ONION 1 LAYER OF CHOPPED CELERY 1/2 CUP UNCOOKED RICE 1 CAN KIDNEY BEANS 1 CAN MUSHROOMS 1 LAYER OF THIN SLICED CARROTS 1 LAYER OF GROUND MEAT SEASON WITH SALT & PEPPER COVER WITH TOMATO JUICE
NOW BAKE IT AT 350 DEGREES FOR 2 HOURS, COVERED. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND LET COOL DOWN, THEN PLACE IN THE REFRIGERATOR OVERNIGHT. THE NEXT DAY POP IT IN OVEN AT 350 DEGREES AND BAKE ANOTHER HOUR OR A BIT LONGER UNTIL DONE.
***** IF YOU WANT COOK STRAIGHT THROUGH COOK AT 350 DEGREES FOR 3 HOURS. SERVES 6-8
