Ingredients: 1 lb. boneless chicken breast cut into bite sized strips 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/2 tsp. paprika -- I like the smokey taste of Hungarian paprika 1 egg 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 cup milk 1 cup cracker crumbs or flour canola, olive, or vegetable oil
Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt, Pepper and paprika; set aside.
Combine egg, flour and milk. Stir until smooth.
Dip chicken in mixture then roll in cracker crumbs or flour.
Pour oil into frying pan to a depth of about an inch. Heat to 235 deg. and fry the chicken until it's golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
Use dips if desired.
If you have a deep fryer you can probably use that more easily.
