RUSSIAN EGG SALAD
6 hard boiled eggs quarter pint (150ml)mayonnaise 5 tablespoon soured cream 1 small clove garlic crushed quarter teaspoon of hot mustard quarter teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons finely chopped spring onions or chives 1 small carrot
1) Slice the eggs thinly 2) Mix the mayonnaise, soured cream, garlic, mustard and salt 3) Spread the eggs out in an oval serving dish, cover with mayonnaise mix 4) Sprinkle the chopped spring onions on top 5) Garnish with grated carrot
