2 - 8 oz. pkgs. of cream cheese cut into small pieces 1 large jar of pepperoncinis or jalapenos 1 - 2 oz. tequila 1/8 cup sour cream 2 - 4 tbsp. Tabasco green pepper sauce (according to taste)
Rinse pepperoncinis, cut tops off and remove seeds. Set aside. In food processor, combine cream cheese, tequila, sour cream and Tabasco green pepper sauce using quick on-and-off speed. Mix until creamy. Using a pastry bag or cookie press, fill the centers of the pepperoncinis with the cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until cold and set, about 1 hour. Serve.
