1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 16 oz. tub sour cream 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese 6 tbsp. grated green onion 1 tsp. garlic salt picante' sauce, desired hotness 1 pkg. flour tortillas
Mix first five ingredients together well. Add 4 tbsp. picante' sauce. Spread thinly over tortilla. Roll tight and secure with toothpicks. Place in covered container and refrigerate several hours or overnight. When ready to serve slice into 1/2" slices and lay on platter.
