1 loaf of French bread or baguette sliced into 1/2 inch pieces 1 cup Romano cheese, shredded 1 clove garlic, minced 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Combine cheese and garlic and spread on bread slices. Broil in oven until cheese melts and bread is golden brown. Serve hot.
The Skinny: Use light cream cheese.
