1 8-oz can crescent rolls 10 oz shredded Cheddar cheese or Swiss cheese 3 eggs 3/4 cup milk 1/2 to 1 lb crisp bacon
Directions: Grease a 13"x9" glass pan. Spread the package of crescent rolls on bottom of pan to form the crust. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over rolls. Mix together the milk and eggs and pour mixture over the cheese. Break up crisp bacon and sprinkle on top of the dish. Bake at 425° for 15-18 minutes.
This recipe can be halved and put in an 8"x8" pan or doubled and put on an 11"x15 1/2"x1" cookie sheet.
