Garlic Cheese fondue Ingredients
4 oz flour 4 oz butter 1# 6 oz Gruyere 4 ½ cups milk 1 ¾ cups white wine
½ cup roasted garlic
Directions
1. Combine flour and butter over medium heat to create a roux, cook for five minutes. 2. Add 4 ½ cups of milk and 1 ¾ cups of white wine, bring to a boil and simmer for ten minutes. 3. Grate the Gruyere and whisk into the milk and wine mixture until smooth, take off heat after whisking cheese. 4. Add the roasted garlic and season with salt and pepper. 5. Serve warm.
