Oven Breakfast Omelet
8 eggs 2 c. diced cooked ham 1 c. milk 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes with onions
In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk, and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 8" square baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45 - 50 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
